If you didn’t change your name or don’t plan to this post doesn’t apply to you and there’s nothing you need to do. Just play on the server as before.

If you plan to change your name please wait a little until I announce it on the website here it’s okay for you to do so.

If you did change your name, due to a small bug the rank, island and other stuff and other stuff you had are currently not visible to you. They’re not lost! All the data, in game money, donation rank, items and island is there, just you can’t see them. I’m working on a fix.

As soon as I apply this fix all your stuff will become visible again to you. I’ll make an announcement on the website when the fix is applied to the server. It won’t be long, 1 – 2 days at most.

Got some naquadah to spare? Travel to other islands and even distant dimensions with one of these:

Travelers beware! Not all destinations are friendly. Some can be even deadly. As in instantly deadly. As in “mommy, was that a truck that hit me before I even blinked?” deadly. Sending ahead a drone or robot to do some scouting is well advised.

P.S.: The modpack got accepted by both AT Launcher and FTB Launcher \o/ Expect updates shortly.

Endgame fun with custom made dimensions. That’s a couple hours worth of experiments and many days worth of progression into the modpack.

In the past days I’ve been working on a little plugin that will help especially new players find out about the minigames we have running on Skyblock. Check it in-game and let me know what you think.

Here is a small teaser of how it looks:

There’s a lot more that will be changed at spawn in the next few days.

Over the last few days based on player feedback I’ve applied the following changes:

• All teleport delays (/home, /spawn, /tpa, etc.) reduced to 5 seconds down from 10 seconds.
• The spawning platform in the End as well as a small area around it have been protected against changes and marked as safe area (PvP OFF). This is to prevent blocking access to the End. There is another planned tweak related to the End that will be applied at next End reset in a few days.
• The enderchests at spawn are now usable by anyone to deposit their most valuable items. Obsidian rank donators also have access to their enderchest anywhere by doing /enderchest.
• Trolly command /away that could’ve been abused to spam chat has been removed from all servers.
• /siege command that could’ve been abused to grief inside claims has been removed.
• Animal breeding is now allowed outside claims (will become active at next server restart).
• Added command /sethome to allow you to set your home without sleeping in a bed. Warning: It doesn’t set your home if you’re in or near someone else’s claim, or on half slabs.

A new server has been added to the MCSpaceCraft network! It’s an adventure / survival / PvP type of server with emphasis on surviving as over 500 players have already found out the hard way 🙂

Main rules:
PvP is on in Nether and in the End and off in Overworld. However it is still possible and allowed to kill other players in Overworld with traps. Griefing and stealing is allowed everywhere on the server except in protected claims.

TNT is allowed. It damages players and mobs but block damage is turned off. Mob griefing is off so endermen, creepers and withers don’t damage blocks. Crop trampling and fire spread is also off.

It was opened in Beta a week ago and almost all reported bugs have been fixed. Thanks everyone that submitted bug reports.

World border is currently set at approximately +/- 5000 centered on spawn and will be increased in future when needed.

There are still a lot of things planned to be added during next week to make your adventures exciting. Some of the planned features: player shops in a village next to spawn, timed quests you have to complete in the given time to earn rewards, and many more that I will announce at a later time.

To reach the server do /server survival or take the portal from Skyblock.
